Refund Policy
If in the less than 3% chance you decide to return your purchase. We do offer hassle free returns when your hydrogen water bottle is unused (for hygienic reasons) and still in its original packaging within 60 days from the purchase date. You can contact our support email info@atomicbottles.com and we will give you the return address. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please reach us via email and a member from our customer care team will assist you through this process. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.
Returned products that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Extended Protection Warranty
If you bought our Extended Protection Warranty, you are able to get a full refund of your used product. Just make a video of how you used the bottle until now: Filling with water, pressing the button, showing the electrolysis.
This video is required to activate the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us the ability to evaluate the issue and make it right!
We do not offer refunds for our lifetime protection plan, warranty, gift cards, charging cables, clothing items, hats, or bottle protection sleeves.
We do not offer refunds for any shipping or handling fees.
Refunds
All refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. A member of our care team will let you know once your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.
A 15% restocking and recertification fee for opened packages will be assessed during the return process. A member from our customer care team will let you know in via email.
